Terms and Conditions

1. Upon approval of the dealership, products will be supplied to the market through the DSR (Distributor Sales Representative). The dealer will receive a 7% commission. To commence business, the dealer must maintain a product stock worth Tk. ____ and start business with Sera One Bazar Dot Com. Products must be purchased and sold according to the company's approved price list. Products will be delivered within 24–72 hours after confirmation of the bank deposit. Alternatively, products may be collected directly from the company upon payment. No personal financial transaction with any company representative is permitted.                                                                                                                                         3. The dealer must follow the route plan prescribed by the company. The scheduled market must be visited on the assigned day. No changes to the route plan or schedule are allowed without prior approval. Violation of this condition may result in cancellation of the dealership.

4. A separate arrangement must be maintained for damaged products. Damaged products will be replaced with the next order. Products damaged by rats or rodents will not be accepted as damaged goods. Damage replacement and return facilities will become effective after two (2) months from the commencement of business.                                                                                                                                                   5. The dealership may be terminated by the company if the dealer violates any terms of this agreement, fails to place orders for an extended period, or does not maintain communication with the company.                                                                                       6. To close the dealership, the dealer must submit a written application at least one (1) month in advance and visit the Head Office to complete the process with the Manager. The dealer must return the products at his/her own expense. After receiving the products, the company will inspect all documents and product conditions. A 9% commission will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be settled by the Accounts Department.                                                                                             7. The dealer must preserve all cash memos and carbon copies of products supplied to the market. Copies must be submitted with the monthly closing report to the Area Manager or other authorized officials. If 75% of the stocked products are not sold within the first 1–3 months, the company will provide an additional 3% subsidy on those products and, where necessary, marketing support including banners, advertisements, and promotional activities.                                                           8. The dealer shall be responsible for achieving sales targets, placing regular orders, and ensuring proper storage of products. In any difficult situation, Sera One Bazar Dot Com will stand beside the dealer, In Sha Allah. Both parties declare that they have carefully read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to all the terms and conditions of this agreement.
